He has worked across global enterprise environments and high-growth businesses, helping teams navigate long sales cycles, complex deals, and high-stakes customer conversations. Unlike career trainers or career consultants, Mustapha is still in the field. He actively leads global sales teams, closes large deals, and operates inside real revenue systems. That means his advice is grounded in what actually works today, not theory or recycled playbooks. Mustapha holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and an Executive MBA from INSEAD, a combination that shapes his structured, systems-driven approach to sales. He is also an HRDF-accredited trainer and has trained sales professionals across industries and experience levels, from first-time sellers to senior leaders running large teams. At Brightway Partners, Mustapha works directly with founders, CEOs, and sales leaders. Clients value his ability to simplify complexity, ask the right questions, and bring calm structure to chaotic sales environments. The goal is not motivation. It’s clarity, control, and results.
